Due to some system adjustments, the applications for compensation and pay in lieu of leave can only be processed from April 2026 onwards. Please read the instructions before completing the form. From September 1st 2025, we will need your German tax identification number (Steuer-ID), otherwise we will not be able to pay you any money.

If you apply for compensation or pay in lieu of leave, you will receive 12.50% of your wage. If you take vacation during your posting, you will receive 14.25% of your wage as paid leave from your employer.
