It can take up to 12 weeks until your application for leave pay is processed. You will receive a response from us by post. If you need an application form for leave pay then you can download it here. Please read the instructions before completing the form. From September 1st 2025, we will need your German tax identification number (Steuer-ID), otherwise we will not be able to pay you any money.

If you apply for compensation or pay in lieu of leave, you will receive 12.50% of your wage. If you take vacation during your posting, you will receive 14.25% of your wage as paid leave from your employer.
