Due to a system change, applications submitted from January 2026 onwards were only processed after a significant delay. We have now processed all complete and correctly completed applications and made the payouts. If you have not received a payment from us, your application was incomplete. Please check your post. We have sent you a letter with further information. Please send us a new, fully completed and legible application form so that we can transfer the money to you.

If you need an application form for leave pay then you can download it here. Please read the instructions before completing the form. From September 1st 2025, we will need your German tax identification number (Steuer-ID), otherwise we will not be able to pay you any money.

If you apply for compensation or pay in lieu of leave, you will receive 12.50% of your wage. If you take vacation during your posting, you will receive 14.25% of your wage as paid leave from your employer.
