Certificate of Income Tax Deduction
When we pay out a compensation or pay in lieu of leave, we deduct a lump sum for income tax (20 %) and solidarity surcharge (1.1 %). We are legally obligated to pay this amount to the tax office Wiesbaden (“Finanzamt Wiesbaden”).
