Due to system adjustments, the Employer Online Service in the customer portal will only be available to a limited extent from 14th August 2026 for an estimated period of three weeks. You will still be able to submit monthly reports. We will continue to process these. However, during this period it will not be possible to debit monthly reports, to process payouts and to view your account balance. We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding.

Please note: From 1 July 2026, the contribution rate for the paid leave scheme will fall to 14.7% (previously 15.1%). An application for general binding status has been submitted to the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Please therefore use the lower contribution rate from the July 2026 monthly report onwards.

As of 01/01/2026, the statutory minimum wage will increase from 12,82 euros to 13,90 euros per working hour.
