Paying contributions

The contribution is based on gross wages and currently amounts to 15.1 %. You pay your contribution to our account every month by the 28th of the following month. Example: You must pay us your contribution for January by 28th February at the latest. You must pay the contribution in addition to your workers’ wages. You must not withheld or deducted this amount from your workers’ wages.

As your company is based outside Germany, please make all payments to the following bank account held by the Urlaubs- und Lohnausgleichskasse der Bauwirtschaft:

If there are bank charges, please transfer those fees in addition to your contributions. In the interest of minimising transfer costs for payments from non-EU countries, you should make sure that your bank credits the full amount to SOKA-BAU’s account by SWIFT payment (SWIFT code / BIC: HELADEFF). When making the SWIFT payment, please enter “OUR” as the payment reference in the fee field 71A.
