In the event of a worker’s death

In order to make the payment, we need the following:

• name and surname of the deceased
• date of birth and date of death
• worker‘s ID number
• applicant’s / heir‘s address 
• heir’s current bank details
• copy of the certificate of inheritance or other suitable evidence
• completed application form

A community of joint heirs must name one person authorised to receive the payment. We also need evidence of that authorisation. Once we have received all the documents, we pay out the money to your heir/s.
